Graduated in Psychopedagogy, with a Master in Strategic Human Resources Management (Universidad de Salamanca), I am a Doctor in Education Sciences.

Teaching

I teach transversal competences, emotional and effective communication in university research masters, university degrees, PhD school and specialisation diplomas.

Research

I actively participate as a female researcher in chairs, R&D&I projects, European ERASMUS+ K2 R&D&I projects and GRUNDTVIG projects, and in teaching innovation projects. I am a member of the EDUCAVIVA research group. 

Management

I am the secretary of the Education Sciences Department, the director of training in transversal competences at the PhD school and the coordinator of the Master of Socio-emotional Education of the Universidad de Zaragoza.

The purpose of this project has been to improve transversal competences in Social Sciences graduates. The reality of the labour market was taken to the university context, the existing gap narrowed and competent citizen development was enabled. COACHING. The project coaching in work profiles of vet teachers, trainers and tutors

The purpose of this project has been to apply coaching as a learning tool to develop experienced professionals’ occupational profiles, and to analyse good practices, language patterns and communication skills, which have helped to outline the profiles of those teachers who promote students’ best version. These teachers’ profiles involve developing transversal competences. Empathy, assertiveness and empowerment are fundamental in these profiles.
